[21 Jan 2009|10:02am] I just did something funny. I'm working on a database of my Granny's book collection (which is huge), but then I got distracted by my own book database because she encourages me to take any book from her that I want, but then I started to get all overwhelmed because I want all the books all the books and so I put my hands in my hair and looked wildly around my room and said hnurgh and immediately saw a book called Going Crazy on a shelf and pointed at it. It looks like a cool book. It's going on my list. HNURGH. She has this amazing collection of literature and poetry and philosophy and history and political science and religion books, and I'm like, what do I do with my hands. Not to mention all the books by my Uncle Bill! And her famous former bosses and co-workers and friends like Ben Bradlee and Fred Friendly and Osborn Elliott and Ford Rowan and Katherine Graham! It's in, like, Urdunglish. I guess. If you don't want to watch it, she's being interviewed because she apparently knows Joe Biden pretty well and donated a lot of money to his campaign, and she was just elected President of the APPNA (Association of Physicians of Pakistani Descent of North America) for 2010.
